Hi - I’m Keily, the brains behind Sculpt Space and Sculpt Space Academy. I specialise in Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Brow Styling Treatments & Cosmetic Tattoo as well as high level education for lash and brow artists wanting to become masters of their craft & create successful lash and brow brands.

My journey in the beauty industry started over 10 years ago. I fell in love with the beauty industry in high school and knew I wanted to be a beauty therapist, coming from Country Victoria I decided at 18 to leave the country life for the big city in Melbourne and make my dreams of being my own boss come true. Ballsy - right?! This big move opened up the doorway for me to make my dreams a reality and I began my Diploma of Beauty Therapy and landed a job working inside some of Melbourne's most well-known and prestigious lash and brow salons servicing high profile clients and celebrities alike. I worked my way up to become salon manager, but the calling for me was deeper than making someone else's dreams come true.

In 2019 I made the decision to go all in on my dreams of being my own boss and opened up my very first studio providing the Melbourne area luxurious Lash & Brow treatments. I committed myself to becoming a true master of my craft and dedicated all my time to studying and honing my skills as an artist by learning from industry leading experts. After a few months, I quickly grew the business to being completely booked out in advance and rarely accepting new clients. My vision continued to grow and grow, and this was the push I needed to expand my lash extension & brow styling services to also include cosmetic tattoo.

I treat my work like art and take my time to perfect the shape, colour and overall result for every one of my clients. As my clients say, I am a true perfectionist! I understand every person has their own unique features, skin types & shades and I pride myself on taking the time to enhance your unique features and bring out your own natural beauty.

I love the connection and the friendship you can create with people. Some of my clients have been with me and followed me since the start of my career. I have laughed with them, cried with them, been there for them through the breakups, marriages, births, deaths of loved ones, as they have been there for me through it all too. This industry is more than just the service and a lot of clients will come to you for YOU, the amazing results are just a bonus for them. I love that people feel comfortable to share their private life and leave looking and feeling amazing and that I was able to be a part of their life in that way while making them feel beautiful and like their best selves.

After creating a successful 6 figure salon I knew it was time to take things to the next level. I felt a deep passion to share my knowledge with other artists so that they could provide their clients with not only high quality results, but an exceptional service & experience which will keep them coming back for more and take their brands to new heights. I believe a successful business isn’t just based on providing a good quality service, but having a high focus on all areas such as customer service and business set up is just as important.

Now my goal is to share my 10 years of industry experience to help fast track other artists to grow their businesses into successful beauty empires.

I believe you can never stop learning and I regularly invest in industry and business education & mentoring to not only provide my clients the best experience possible but my students too. I truly believe knowledge is power and am excited to bring a fresh new perspective to artists seeking education and business growth in the beauty industry.

I love that I get to connect with other like minded individuals in the industry as a mentor. Running a small business can sometimes be quite lonely so my aim is to create a community where we all feel
