It is important all terms and conditions are read before booking an appointment.

Changes to terms and conditions
Any changes to terms and conditions are effective immediately upon updating the website without any further notice.

Pricing
All prices are in AUD. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon updating the website without any further notice.

Automatically agreeing to T&C's
By booking and attending your appointment you are automatically agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions please do not book an appointment or if you have already booked, please get in contact as soon as possible to cancel your appointment.

By appointment only
Sculpt Space is by appointment only. We do not take walk ins or book appointments in person if you are not already at the studio for an appointment. We have many forms of contact including email, phone, text and online contact form. Anyone who visits the studio without an appointment will be automatically blacklisted and will not be able to book any future appointments at Sculpt Space.

Confirmation of appointments
All appointments must be confirmed via text, phone or email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or your appointment may be cancelled without any further notice.


Children / babies
We kindly ask that you do not bring babies or children to your appointment due to OH&S and insurance reasons. As we provide skin penetration procedures, the council has strict health requirements and therefore we legally cannot accommodate your little ones. Arriving with babies or children will result in being turned away and loss of deposit/50% cancellation fee being charged.

Arrival
Please ensure you arrive on time or 5 minutes early to your scheduled appointment.
All lash extension clients must arrive with no eye makeup and cleansed lash extensions or cleaning will be deducted from your overall treatment time.

Cancellations for all services apart from cosmetic tattoo (see below for cosmetic tattoo cancellation policy) / rescheduling
Cancelling/rescheduling or changes to your appointment within 48hrs of the appointment time will result in being charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service/s you were booked in for or loss of your 50% deposit. All fees must be paid prior to booking another appointment. Any future appointments will be held for 24hrs as we await payment, after 24hrs your future appointments will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled upon payment. 

Cancellation fees still apply if for whatever reason you cannot log in to the online system. We have many other ways to cancel or reschedule an appointment with 48hrs notice including email, text, phone/voicemail and online contact form.
Cancellation fees are valid for ALL services booked in. If you would like to cancel part of your service you must allow 48hrs notice. Any service not performed on the day will be charged in full. Services cancelled within 48hrs of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service cancelled.
Please do not come into your appointment and ask to cancel half or part of the service you booked; we require 48hrs notice to allow time to fill the extra space. You can check which services you are booked in for by viewing the confirmation email you receive 5 days before your appointment.
More than 3 late cancellations/no shows within 6 months will result in not being able to rebook. Consistent rescheduling will result in not being able to book.
Cancelling/rescheduling & changes outside of 48hrs will have any deposits held on file to be used for future appointments. Deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

We understand you my need to reschedule an appointment however if rescheduling of the same appointment is ongoing, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit refunded.

Cosmetic tattoo cancellation policy
Cosmetic tattoo procedures require 7 days notice for cancellations or changes. Cancelling, changing or rescheduling a cosmetic tattoo procedure within 7 days of the appointment will result in the 50% deposit being forfeited, this includes changing to a different service.

 

No shows
Clients who "no show" to their appointment and fail to contact Sculpt Space within 24hrs regarding the appointment will not be able to book any future appointments at Sculpt Space.
Clients who "no show" to their appointment and contact Sculpt Space within 24hrs will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service and must also pay a new deposit of 100% of their booking upon rescheduling. All cancellation fees and deposits must be paid in order to book another appointment. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

 

Running late
Out of respect to other clients, when running more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time we have the right to cancel your appointment and charge 100% of the service/s booked as there is no opportunity for us to fill the appointment lost. Alternatively, your overall treatment time may be shortened or offered an alternative service and charged full price for your original booking.
Lash refill clients cannot change their appointment to a shorter refill time when running late. You will be charged full price for the original refill service booked in no matter how much time is remaining upon arrival.
Please contact us as soon as you know you are running late and we will do our best to move your appointment down.

Deposits
We require a deposit of 50% to secure all bookings. The deposit is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. Cancellations & changes within 48hrs of the appointment time will result in forfeiting the deposit. Cancellations & changes outside of 48hrs will have their deposit held on file and can be used for future bookings. The deposit will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another client. Unfortunately it is out of our control if we are fully booked and you cannot find a suitable time to reschedule. We recommend all clients book well in advance. Deposits will not be refunded if you cannot find a suitable time to reschedule.
Our no-show & running late policies still stand where your deposit will be forfeited and the remainder 50% of the booking total must be paid in the event of a no show or running late.


COVID / being unwell
By booking your appointment you are accepting the risk that you may be unwell and have to cancel your appointment within 48hrs which will result in loss of deposit or 50% cancellation fee charged. Out of respect to staff and other clients, please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. Arriving to an appointment clearly unwell or recovering from being unwell will result in be turned away or treatment terminated early and charged full price for the appointment booked.


Lash refills
Only Sculpt Space clients may book in for lash refills according to time. Clients may book for 30min, 45min, 60min or 75min refills as they wish, however the refill must be within 28 days (4 weeks) from the last lash appointment. Clients who do not book refills within 28 days (4 weeks) from their last lash appointment will require a full set.
Therapists will fill the lashes according to the amount of time the client has booked in for. If the appointment is booked outside of the recommended time frame, the clients lashes may not be full. 
Clients must have at least 25% of lash extensions remaining for it to be considered a refill. Less than 25% of lash extensions will require a removal and full set. Therapists have the right to refuse a refill if there are not a sufficient amount of lash extensions remaining. Clients will be offered a removal and re-schedule for a full set.

Lash refills from another salon
We do not refill lash extensions done elsewhere including if existing client have had to have a refill elsewhere (eg going on a holiday and have a refill whilst on holidays). We have a strict high quality standard of lash extension work and for this reason you will require a removal and fresh full set to ensure all lashes are our work and our standard.

Full sets of lash extensions
All clients coming in for a Full Set of Lash Extensions must have no current eyelash extensions on. If you have lash extensions left over from a previous appointment you must book in for a removal prior to your full set.

Vouchers
If you have a valid voucher you must present the voucher at your appointment in order to redeem.


Refunds / treatment issues
No refunds will be given under any circumstances. If you have an issue with the results of your treatment you must contact the studio within 3 days of your treatment. Depending on the circumstances we may offer to rectify the treatment in which you will be given 1 week to visit the studio. This must be approved by a staff member. Any treatments booked past 1 week will be considered a new treatment in which the client will be paying full price. Please ensure you carefully read the terms & conditions and policies stated on our client forms as some treatment results may vary from client to client and are not guaranteed on all clients due to different skin/hair factors and conditions unique to the client.


Reactions
Sculpt Space takes no responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur. Patch tests are available and are recommended 48 hours prior to your treatment. In the instance a reaction does occur, please seek medical attention immediately.


Not complying with T&C’s / disrespecting Staff
Clients who do not comply with our Terms & Conditions will result in having their appointment being cancelled on the spot. Additional charges will apply if your appointment is cancelled within 48hrs of your appointment time.
We will not tolerate disrespectful or questionable behaviour. Anyone who is disrespectful at any point before, during or after their appointment will result in having their treatment immediately terminated and may not be accepted for future bookings.
